Signal Alert is a family owned and operated medical alert company and located in beautiful Albuquerque New Mexico.
As stated on our home page, we are in the business of helping people live without worry.
It is our mission to help people understand new options for living alone safely through the use of technology.
Although we use technology to provide peace of mind we never want to compete on the basis of having the “latest and greatest” gadget that our competitors don’t. We purposefully compete on the basis of excellent customer service. We understand that when people are purchasing services like ours it is important that they form a relationship with the people that they are buying from. Whether you live close to us and we perform the installation ourselves, or if you live far away and we ship your unit to you, you will get to know us while we are establishing you as a client. After the installation is complete and you receive one of our thank you cards or the 60 day follow up call, you will realize that we really do care about you as a customer. When you have questions about something six months later, which most people do, all you will need to do is call one of us. We don’t have three hundred different extensions to navigate or one hundred employees that you will never talk to again, it is our personal touch that makes us different.
